I can’t explain how the feeling where you feel mentally better, and you feel so proud of yourself, just to fall down again. I’m so sick of it An edit from 3 years later: I'm almost 18 now. I was 14 when i wrote this and I still get replies from people that bring me back here. Here is my advice that i've learnt in this time; the feelings never stop, but you learn to cope with them much better. Part of life is experiencing these ups and downs. I myself have had the worst week- i was rejected from my dream uni and broke up with my gf. But i know it gets better. Trust me, it always does.
I got into a fight with my cousin my parents well dad and step dad (mom and dad live separately but I busted dad every other weekend) know and when I come over they said “talk with *cousins name*? And I say “no..” he’s near their house also my mom live 3 hours from my dad and when I come to my dads every other weekend I think of him we play plushys together and make little skits he gave me a Mario one I have it and I play this song when I hear it my heart sinks so bad making me think “was it me?” I did call him childish bc he hanged up when I said “you noob or pro 😜” then I said “bro why you hang up is it bc what I said? If so that’s so fucking childish.” I should’ve kept my mouth fucking shut. We use to always call when I’m at my moms and play Roblox it’s been 2 months since I called him or talk to him. Man I miss him so much I wish I could give him a hug and I don’t really wanna apologize he did he wanted to kill my fucking mother
why does it seem like everyone around me is getting better, all except for me? it's painful trying to balance my happiness for others with my jealousy, because a good person doesn't ruminate over a cherished one's success. but it hurts. i just want to be seen the way everyone else is, i want to feel secure like everyone else. i want to ask for help and know it will be well recieved, just as i've watched countless others do, but i know that's just wishful thinking. i've tried so hard, run for so long, yet i'm on empty and haven't moved from where i started. i self destruct, i run from good things, it cannot be helped. i cannot be helped. i'm always asking this.. why not me... but i know why.
That jelaousy thing u mentioned, I feel you...and I feel like I am bad person because of that, but I think that the problem here is that we just wanna be happy and we r tired of feeling this way and we crave to see how does it feel to be those ppl who r achieving results and being happy. Hope both me and u, and everyone else will get better. Honestly even though rn I am feeling very badly, I even felt worse before and I did overcome some things. i relate to this so much i give so much to everyone and i get nothing back, im one of the nicest ppl in my friend group but all i get back is rudeness its just unfair and i hate it, i hate ppl who cause the pain, i try to hide my emotion but i can't, it just comes out without me even trying, i had a mental breakdown the other day and it just didnt help, i cried my self to sleep, on top of that i lost my very best friend, i miss you so much and wish you where with me rn, and i had a bf but he cheated, like all the stupid boys do nowadays. i just wish i could go back into time and restart and fix all my mistakes... im so done with all this bull**** and i wish i had i had a perfect life but... that impossible so i guess ill just live like this, but i hope i get a better furture...and im always asking myself... why me... i could of had a different life... a better life but im stuck in this body so i just have to deal with it...

As someone whos trans and is loosing connection with his friends because im too needy and dealing with grief and wanting to- you know- this song basically makes me happy and takes me to a place where im happy
This song is a great representation of my late 2023 to late 2024, I was dealing with depression for reasons i don’t want to say but multiple times I was questioning my own existence as I don’t believe in any religion. The pain of thinking about your existence is a pain so great that it drives you partially insane, i was alone for the whole time causing me to slip further and further. Almost all my friends left and abandoned me and betrayed me, i was alone with my thoughts and that is true torture. Another thing was the way that people would fake their depression as a way to get attention, this caused me to put into question if what I was dealing with even was depression in the first place. This most of the time caused me to think I was faking it or I was overthinking it and I was normal sad. I was thinking of just giving up but i just kept pushing and pushing until i came out on top, the trauma from that part of my life still haunts me to this day and its still not completely gone but instead has manifested into anger, building day after day.
