@@hadassah6085 do your research, the top quality oils come from companies that own their own farms and can distill on property. My sister and I are distributors for YL oils… they have their own farms and distill right on property. I know DoTerra is also a top company of oils… just research for sure… if you get from the local chemist or department store chances are they have filler in them which is way more harmful.

I struggle with anxiety too and I started taking ashwaganda you can get it from Holland and barratt and it works absolute wonders, I would absolutely recommend it to anybody that struggles with anxiety and stress. Just a little bit of advice for Brandon! We all have these struggles and it’s normal absolutely nothing to be ashamed of!!🫶🏻

When you get essential oils just make sure they are top quality… so many brands are filled with chemical fillers which may cause Brandon more anxiety.
If it says it’s 100% essential oil, is it safe? How do you tell which ones have fillers?
