Hello, in my state we don't have registration stickers on our inner window, like some other states do for example Texas. So on the front windshield we dont need any of that. But when I used to go to school, I needed to place a parking sticker on the inner lower left of the windshield. What I used to do was place it there and then have some like plastic food film thing on 1/4 of the sticker so when it was removal time it was easy to do. But for you, I see people get a :"cut-out" around the inspection/ registration stick on the windshield tint so it is visible to the outside, and when you replace it just be careful when doing so. and once done just place the new one in the same spot. Hopefully that was what you were asking, if not feel free to let me know :)
