Nuget package is the best solution. It's so sad to look at bunch of .dll files for WebForms... Each new version of controls requires of manual update of each file. .resx or .dll :(

It looks like my custom localization for Blazor does not work unless I install and keep the German (or maybe some other) localization. As soon as I remove the German nuget package, my own translation is being ignored.
