No..it will not work. You have to connect the camera to the laptop not the Arduino.

@@muhammadsalem9924 Any micro processor like Raspberry Pi will work but not any micro controller like ESP32 or Arduino if you want to use external camera and not laptop's camera.

The camera is not connected properly..first run simple code to check your camera..if the camera is not able to capture the image then this error is received

No there is no issue..many students are using this.. you need to install Rasbian 64bit OS if you are facing issue. Every problem has solution only you need patience to find it.
