My cousin's friend was killed by a drunk-driving migrant. The illegal migrant got deported and came right back. If our borders are open kicking them out doesn't work.

To be fair, the immigration problem has been around since before the two you named were born. I don't see how they can do much about this issue with their job roles. حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ الْمُجْمِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: مَا رَأَيْتُ حَسَنًا قَطُّ إِلاَّ فَاضَتْ عَيْنَايَ دُمُوعًا، وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَرَجَ يَوْمًا، فَوَجَدَنِي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي، فَانْطَلَقْتُ مَعَهُ، فَمَا كَلَّمَنِي حَتَّى جِئْنَا سُوقَ بَنِي قَيْنُقَاعٍ، فَطَافَ فِيهِ وَنَظَرَ، ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ، حَتَّى جِئْنَا الْمَسْجِدَ، فَجَلَسَ فَاحْتَبَى ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَيْنَ لَكَاعٌ؟ ادْعُ لِي لَكَاعًا، فَجَاءَ حَسَنٌ يَشْتَدُّ فَوَقَعَ فِي حِجْرِهِ، ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِي لِحْيَتِهِ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَفْتَحُ فَاهُ فَيُدْخِلُ فَاهُ فِي فِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ، فَأَحْبِبْهُ، وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ.

To be fair, the immigration problem has been around since before the two you named were born. I don't see how they can do much about this issue with their job roles. I am certain with immigrations spikes like this, it is because of worsening problems in their countries and employers here sending more than usual advertisements for cheap labor and guaranteeing jobs if they can get into the country. You have to go after the employers, but they are usually white, so your gov't will keep going this route and failing.

To be able to compete and make a presence you need a huge number of people that are willing to do what is necessary to survive and be taken serious. Especially in NY prison system. 5 is not the same as 1000+ ready for war. In their place of origin they may be strong. Not here in NY. All prison gangs start with a small group. Recruiting is necessary. And because their are folks from these same countries that have felt oppressed by other prison gangs. Will join because they also tired of the abuse. Not everyone in prison is a harden criminal. Nor bad people, they just made a bad decision. There all many bad people living amongst us that have never been arrested or imprisoned.

NY needs to elect politicians who will firm up the crime laws and appoint DAs and judges who will enforce them to the fullest. In the meantime, repeat offenders need to be remanded without bail.
