There is a maturity and sadness in his eyes that is unequaled...He plays from the heart it seems.Just a bare upturned lip gives him that incredible look ,that says it all.

Kim Nam Gil is not very handsome but incredibly talented. In my opinion the best korean actor. He has power that only a glance to convey complex feelings. His eyes deserve an award for Best Actor.

I find this actor interestingly handsome sometimes but then at certain angles he may look 'mousey'. .tho' it does make him look manly too. But then again , that's what he said in an interview..to match Tae Ra's personality. One odd thing I realise is that some Korean scriptwriters enjoy teary scenes, deaths and suicides as endings even for heros! e.g think - Ford Harrison, Tom Cruise, Christian Bale, Will Smith, etc didn't have to die for us to remember the movies. Stop having sad endings
His character somehow dies in practically most of his shows....dunno why XD haha...I would love to see a happy ending for his character in the future. C:

참 이상하게... 어딘가 아빠 닮은거 같아.. 참 이상하다... 남길배우가 멋진 건 사실이지만.. 저 모습은.. 개인적으론 아빠 젊었을 적을 생각나게 해서... 보고 싶지 않았던거 같다. 근데 여하튼 남길배우는 늘 어떤 모습이든 멋져보여서 신선하고.. 시선을 뗄 수 없게 만드는 마력이 참 놀랍다. 눈빛과 표정이 독보적이다. 잘생긴 배우는 많지만 저런 마력같은 매력을 가진 배우가 또 있을까 싶다. 찬찬히 뜯어보면... 외적으로 큰 키, 마른듯한 댄디한 체격은 연예인으로서 적격이고, 천의 얼굴, 모든걸 표현하는 다양한 표정. 흔치 않았던 까만 듯 건강해보여서 섹시해보였던 피부색(지금은 밝아서 좋고).. 그 밖에 최강 달콤목소리, 반전 애교, 해맑은 소년과 진중한 남자가 뒤섞인 어른의 모습, 따뜻한 인성과 리더십.. 좋은 사람이 되고자 하는 노력들까지... 장점이 너무 많다. 그래서 좋아하지 않을 수 없는 배우... 그에게 빠지는 오만가지 이유 중 겨우 몇을 댄 것 뿐인거 같은 아쉬움... 앞으로도 볼 수 있어 참 좋다.
