Jayden is on a much shorter learning curve then any rookie QB in history for 4 reasons.
1. Experience- 55 college starts. 2. Work Ethic 3. Great coaching. 4. Talent- Unique combination of intelligence and athleticism. All of this combined is why we are seeing him take the league by storm so early.
This shouldn’t surprise anyone who actually takes the time to learn about this special football player.

I wish I didn't have to go here, but in the case of Lamar Jackson, his debut came after the season was 2/3rds over with. That's one of the things about the 5-game comparison that bugs me. Lamar was getting 2-team snaps and came into Joe Flacco's offense and did what he did, which is more impressive in my mind than Jayden coming in knowing he was the starter and starting at the beginning of his career. It's apples and oranges.
They're both great talents. Wiish it could just be about that.
