@karenwright - excellent content - do you also know how to customise a 'creator page' for newsletter layout & email capture (similar to beehive layout)

Hi there! You'll likely want to explore using ConvertKit's tagging features to categorize those subscribers. Then you'll be able to filter the automation accordingly to make sure you send the right content to the right people.

What if your email sequence was about a purchase and some subscribers made a purchase and some didn't. And you wish to remind
them to make a purchase with your email sequence.

You'd likely be able to achieve this under the Visual Automations: Conditions & Split Paths feature. Here is an article that might be helpful as you explore this: help.convertkit.com/en/articles/2502665-visual-automations-conditions-split-paths. ConvertKit's chat support is always super responsive and happy to help if you need help setting it up, too.

Why is it just plain text? It should have branding, website links, looks nice...graphics..

Hi Cyndi! You're welcome to design your email marketing templates however you wish. I've gone back and forth from plain text to image-based depending on the season of my business. Years ago plain text was proven more effective for email deliverability and feeling less sales-y... however, more recent studies have shown consumers are split 50/50 for preferring plain text vs. image-based. So it really comes down to the business owner's preference and their audience.
