Makin' Fried Catfish in the Camper With The Jordans.

Back in 2021, when we were traveling the country looking for a place to stay, my son and I bought and fried some fish from our RV park neighbor. We didn't have a lot of experience cooking this way but since we were in the panhandle south, we thought we'd give it a try.
