And it would drop depending how close or far away your camera is to an affected part. For example, if you have glossy or super glossy, and you put your camera close to a part with the gloss your fps will drop 10-20

roblox is more cpu usage so the better CPU you have, the more fps you will get on roblox. In this case since you have the i9 which is like 3 or 4 times more powerful than the TH-camrs CPU then you should get around 400-500 fps normally
What i9 specifically? And you most likely will get way better performance than him. The Ryzen 5 3600X is an outdate processor by now, considering the 5800X3D, 7950, 12900k, and other high performance CPUs are out. So basically yes, you will get much better performance.
when i had a 20 year old work pc it literally got 16 fps on the lowest graphics and literally windowed mode and it was soooooo bad and sooooo unplayable but i upgraded to a gaming pc with a 1660 super but its a bad model and i was not the one who chose it
get rtx 3060, it’s future proof, it has 12gb of ram compared to the 8gb on the 3060 ti, so yeah its better ig but the 3060 ti is better when vram doesnt really matter but in games that need vram the 3060 is better option and i have a gtx 1650 with 4gb ram and it runs roblox on 70+ fps with my r5 3550h cpu mobile laptop cpu. of course if you are only playing roblox then rtx 3060 ti is better because roblox is cpu reliant but i saw one time roblox was 50% of my gtx 1650 but yeah rtx 3060 ti will do better in roblox if paired with a good midrange cpu like the r5 5500 or the r5 5600 but i still recommend the rtx 3060 because the 12gb of vram is a steal of a deal for $290 dollars and its also future proof so yeah pick the RTX 3060 12GB

i would recommend getting a lga socket amd cpu and a 40 series card for future proofing so you would have to upgrade for another 4+ years
