All these OT and NT examples are correct but in what context? Go into full time when your crowd is overwhelming. You can't go into full time with few members and put pressure on them. In acts they had thousand of members it was natural for them go into full time. Go into full time if you expressly hear God to abandon your work. Most of the big MOG we know went into full time when the work of ministry became overwhelming. They didn't start ordinarily on full time.

The imbalance comes when pastors (often con men) would think it's their right to live a luxurious lifestyle and dince a regular job can't provide fir it and God doesn't validate that either, they'll push for their congregation to bear the burden of their lifestyle using the same arguments you do. Pastors can and should work. As a matter of fact, men of God who made the biggest impact had regular jobs too. But if Gid asks you as a pastor to separate yourself from any job and be fully dedicated to him, do so for he will provide.
