After 20 minutes, she talks of validating the feelings of child. It's so true! I used to struggle to wake up my child for school, and it was always a fight. Then I started validating, " mujhe Pata Hai, tumhein neend aa Rahi hai, lekin uthna hoga naa, school jana hoga naa". Alhamdulillah , validating his feelings, worked.
