You always have either a neighbourhood with loud music, a dog that barks all day,or a couple that end up fighting every now and then. When you travel, it's usually a flight seat next to a crying child or a holiday with construction noises. You purchase a flat in the building that is the tallest in the city, believing that this will keep the noises away from you, but in reality, the tallest building echoes every sound of traffic with the most constant honking you can think of.
