Hi Julie, I enjoyed your peacock colored wreath.Very beautiful. You made it look so easy to make. I have been wanting to make this style of a wreath for a while now. I believe now that I can. Thank you for the instructions. You made look easy.
i watched all the way through and liked the wreath very much. I will be anxious to try this in a few months still getting some of the basic down and getting thing even. Have a sunny day!!!
This is beautiful. Love the colors together and both are in my favorite color chart but hard to find. I am learning a lot for you and I am hoping to get good enough to start a little side business sell these along with the floral arrangements I already do. Thanks so much for being a good instructor! ♥️
Thank you so much for sharing the link for the wood burner you use!! In the past year, I have "burned up" 2 tools...basically, they have had a very long extended tip that bends when the units were heated and then break. One of them was over $50 and designated a "professional" tool... NOT. I love this burner!!
Julie, thank you for all your talent and professionalism on teaching us your beautiful designs. The Peacock Wreath is so beautiful and I cant wait to make it. God bless you.
You know I have always been afraid to tackle one of these wreaths but you have made it look so easy. Thank you. I love sunflowers so I'm going to try and make mine like a sunflower. I really enjoyed watching you. Please keep the diys coming. 🦋
🌞☀ 🌈🦄🦋🌻I love 💜purple and turquoise, peacocks and flowers! My daughter loves pink, rainbow, sparkles, unicorn and mermaids I'm going to be redoing her room. This video has inspired so many ideas just as you have!!! I've finished thru flower layers. Debating on center. I used some very stiff purple non metallic mesh from my local surplus store for the burlap to practice while waiting to get some purple poly burlap with some beautiful metallic turquoise deco mesh I had bought last year. It was so pretty I guess I wasn't sure what I wanted to use it on. Needless to say I reordered 4 more instead of just 2.😇
Stunning, gorgeous 😍🥰 just beautiful. I have the exact color poly burlap mesh and deco mesh and I am thinking for my second try I will make this. Will keep you posted. Thanks for that much needed inspiration.
Miss Julie, I cannot even begin to tell you how very much that I LOVE 😍 this wreath! I’m so very happy that you were able to use 2 different colors of green for your leaves. When you made your first cupped petal it reminded me of the shape of a peace lily plant but they have a round budded stalk in front. I’m not sure 🤔 how close it would look like a peace lily if you could combine that first cupped petal with a curl in front but, if it can be done, I know that it would be you to figure it out! Thank you so very much for sharing this beautiful wreath! We got snow ❄️ again last night here in Prescott Arizona and I’m so ready for the sunshine ☀️ too.
That is absolutely gorgeous...don't know how to leave an emoji...but thanks for sharing - love your channel. You inspire me to try this... Still on the fence, but all of your wreaths are so beautiful!
☀️☀️☀️☀️Julie what a beautiful wreath.....I enjoy your teaching....the video are not to long...yet proving all the necessary steps needed...for me personally I am unable to watch an hour or more video before getting to the finish project...Thank you for sharing your amazing gift...Lenda Sue.. Julie I am not on Facebook....is the only reason I don’t follow you...my health limits my ability to how much time I can watch...I really enjoy your TH-cam channel..🌼🌻🌺🌸
Julie, your videos are spot-on, thank you! What size rope trim do you use? I see 3mm and 5mm, 1/4", 1/2". What do you use, or is it just personal preference? Thanks.
I love it! Would it be feasible to place the wire through the center prior to covering the disk or do you think it would make it more difficult to smooth the cord? By the way, I'm from Michigan, my family still there. I totally understand the cold.
Yes it does prevent fraying. At least 90% of it in the beginning then the more I used it close to 98% or more prevention. I barely have any frays at all. Just an occasional strand here and there. I loved my zip snip until I used a wood burner to cut especially burlap. Seals and cuts! I use it on regular deco mesh when I want to fuse layered colors together ❤ If you use a wood burner, wear the mask. If you can smell it, it's going in your lungs and is toxic to breathe in. Be careful. I hope this helps.
Julie’s Wreath Boutique next time :). I made one of your wreaths following along with another one of your tutorials this weekend. Came out really great...for a beginner
Wow Julie you went over the top with this creation. Just love it . Thanks for the easy to follow video! May I ask where I got your poly burlap and deco Mesh? Have a sunny day☀️💕☀️
Hi julie, how can you tell the difference on the deco mesh. Poly etc... all I find is burlap, and deco mech, decorative mesh, which is VERY THIN.. WHEN WATCHING YOU. Where do you get yours.. the people at michecals , no Ann a and hobby lobby, do not know what I'm talking about. Please help me...

Very nice
Love this and I have those same colors
I love it! Would it be feasible to place the wire through the center prior to covering the disk or do you think it would make it more difficult to smooth the cord? By the way, I'm from Michigan, my family still there. I totally understand the cold.
Simply Beautiful.....TY for posting I can not find the turquoise deco on The wreath shop?
Beautiful wreath question the glass board you use can it be a glass cutting board
That’s what I’m using, glass cutting board.
I’m using a rotary cutter and it’s fraying like crazy. Does the wood burner prevent all the fraying? Thanks.
Yes it does prevent fraying. At least 90% of it in the beginning then the more I used it close to 98% or more prevention. I barely have any frays at all. Just an occasional strand here and there. I loved my zip snip until I used a wood burner to cut especially burlap. Seals and cuts! Be careful. I hope this helps.
You would definitely see the difference in using a wood burner. Make sure to wear a mask because it does put off fumes.
Tonya Riggleman Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to get one :)
Julie’s Wreath Boutique next time :). I made one of your wreaths following along with another one of your tutorials this weekend. Came out really great...for a beginner
