Chuck.........do you see many homes that are......For Sale By Owner? I know that many are for sale generated by the Park community itself.
The office is involved in all sales.
@@chuckkent1 I see that the homes prices have jumped dramatically.
@@SB-mw1bg real-estate went crazy for a while but has settled back some.
@@chuckkent1 l was looking forward to retiring in the Lakeland/ Winter Haven area, but not at these ridiculous prices. Many people are complaining about the high lot rent as well. Disappointing
