This was for their 2017 concert, named ‘Mamamoo Concert Moosical: Curtain Call’ they picked their version of the songs they sang during the show "IMMORTAL SONGS", performing an Eleven-Minute long medley in the middle of a Four-Hour long concert.
Yeah, they're just phenomenal. I love everything about them. Their personalities, stage presence, vocals, and songs are just amazing. Actually, they've 14 performances. They won 3 Thropy on ''Immortal songs show''. You would like original stages of these songs and new ones too.
They are covering partially Bae Ho songs here. He was called the Elvis of Korean Trot. So this audience knows this music. There is an added level for this audience that may not translate to the west. But I think we DO actually recognize some of this music. Which just shows how popular this music was. Having a group of THE MOST amazing performers on earth cover it helps a lot. The moments when you see the heels they are wearing doing this are SHOCKING!!! One of THE most stunningly fantastic performances in stage history. Just one of many for Mamamoo. Not really relevant to this video in particular, but I was always fond of the expression, "without further ado," so it's interesting to me that it has become something of a byword or catchphrase on TH-cam. Seems like every reactor uses it.
I saw them in Atlanta. They did 2.5 hours, which honestly felt too short. I thought that should have been intermission, with another hour after. I was way back in the cheap seats and needed binoculars to see them on the stage. The only surprise was their military style outfits they started in... I knew the outfits from other people's videos, but what hadn't come through on video was just how sparkly those outfits were. I didn't get much MoonSun action, so that was a little disappointing. It's possible someone told them to keep it tame for the American south, but that's just a guess.
