Oh she actually does :D if you go to their voicelines you will see hu Tao talking about scaring xiangling and xiangling talks about how she is annoyed by her

@@nadeen___ I’m genuinely a bit confused so I’m sorry if I misunderstood your comment, but Hu Tao is only obtainable from the limited banner (her banner is already gone though). If you roll on the standard banner (the one with qiqi) you have a chance of getting Xiangling but you won’t get Hu Tao. It’s usually best to wish on the limited banner instead of the standard one unless you get free acquaint fates.

bro the fact your sands didnt roll in to crit made me cry,im a hu tao main and had to rebuild her 3 times and now she finally has decent artifacts 40% crit rate 228% crit dmg with r1 lvl 90 jade spear as a f2p edit:i sometimes switch from crit dmg hat to crit rate hat for spiral abyss and she has 74% crit rate 180% crit dmg
I personally think you should put Crit DMG on the last artifact not Crit Rate. It’s your choice what to put, I’m just putting my opinion. Sorry if I sound rude 😔
