I'm not confused about agile and scrum. But I want to know who the camera man is at the start
Scrum is a framework used to develop software based on Agile principles. scrum is one among different framework in agile, like scrum, kanban, scrumban etc
Correct!
Its all about the choice of proper words
Both are introduced so that these project managers can feel relevant
Now a days TH-camrs increased speed of talking to cover more contents in a time restriction. Example cut of all sighs between the words or sentence. This way they are able to be providing more content in limited time. Bonus - They also provide captions for quick reading / understanding. Hope this helps. BTW Good job.
I too used to think why many of news anchors have stopped taking a break/sigh after they complete a sentence. It does not sounds natural, I used to think if this is how they talk
Nice subtitles
Thank you for demystifying the misconception.
Glad it was helpful!:)
Okay, that answers my question.
Glad it was helpful!:)
Great explanation. However, you didn’t mention LEAN
Tired: Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Wired: We do Scrum with JIRA.
i love waterfall model
Thank you, it was very much insightful and informative
Glad you enjoyed it!
Talk to some slowly because I can't understand your answer
Rude
Maybe listen faster instead?
I would like to get agile between your two big scrums you got there
Thankyou
🙌🏻
i use scrum and kanban together. i dont like waterfall its too dependant
yeah, it depends on the type of project too, if you're project is prone to changes, requirements are not clear from the begining, volatility is high, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) is the best way to go. However, if it's the opposite and things are interdependent then Waterfall Methodology would be useful.
thank you Krithka 🤗
Welcome!!
Well said
🙌🏻
Too fast
would love to see your desktop setup photo (could see glimpse in background)
Scrum is not necessarily an exclusive working method to software development. It's a way to organize teams so that they can work efficiently within a project, whatever the project is. I work in the field of international business and we often use scrum when working on projects.
I'm studying MBA right now. To become a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, what concepts and skills should I need to learn?
👍🏻 Good as always 💫
Thank you! Cheers!
All right, I'll be the one to say it, scrum is not Agile, it was pitched as a light weight wrapper around Extreme Programming (an actual agile framework) to be more paletable to management that wanted to keep their illusion of having control over deadlines.
Can you please provide further info. I’m quite new to agile and was recommended to follow a scrum frame work for team management
@@Eskoteric go watch the talks "The dead of Agile, "War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength, Scrum is Agile" and "#NoEstimate" by Allen Holub. I also quite like "You are doing Agile wrong" by no boilerplate for a quit introduction. Finally "Why Does Scrum Make Programmers HATE Coding" by Healthy Software Developper for a more Scrum positive point of view
Please talk little slowly..
Madam Kay bolalya Kahi ch smjle nahi
How dare you be so rude to such a kind lady
Think faster
Please explain little slow 😂😂😂
i learn
Use practical example
Wish you could narrate a bit faster!
Is scrum course for IT professionals??
Anyone can do Scrum, it’s used in a lot of different domains. First implemented in an automative industry.
@@programmercouple thanks for informing🙂
@@Amycool901 👍
Looks like it’s good content, wish you could talk a little slower

Hey love all your videos. I've a question, what course did you do in your bachelor's and master's to be a project manager?
Hey, thanks for your comment! My background is in Tech. I have a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science, therefore, I work in the capacity of a Technical Project Manager.
talking too fast cant understand you .
Please speak more slowly.
All mumbo jumbo, miss the good old days, where a program is considered as a bunch of functions and data structures. All this nonsense will hamper the productivity.
