You have to reach Lachen/Thangu valley first.
Then on day 1 trek to Lasar valley, Nisht stay at Lashar valley.
On day 2, trek to shaka tso and come back to Lasar Valley, night stay at lashar valley.
On day 3 come down from lashar valley, you can spend the night in thangu/lachen.
