Thank you very much for the explanation. As the other comments say, this is the best explanation I found so far. I read a lot of Microsoft documentation before and i found these concepts very hard to understand. You started nice and calmly from the very beginning. Thanks a lot !
This is awesome! May be you want to add: How browser identifies BusinessB (WebServer and Federation server) and once asked for claims how it seamlessly gets redirected to BusinessA(WebServer). I understand not everybody uses the same, but its good to know how URL contains so much info about BusinessA and BusinessB.
Very good, but consider this starting at 11:22, when the explanation continues, the use of the phrase, "The Company" is now intertwined with examples that the vivid explanation's that proceeded now collapse. "Notice that the company that is supplying, (The Exchange Services) has no control over Authentication", so use the same Task, Work, or example Internet Service being supplied, "The Exchange Services", in the video's, visual diagram as you do in the verbal explanation. I take it you were trying to get closer to a layman's explanation from the first 3:57 section of comparing a letter of reference to the "How, (Claims Based), (Federation Services), Using Active Directory), work!" Otherwise you just jumped from talking to talking to an audience of semi technical skilled business people, to the talking to, "The IT Guy", (One who deals with, setting up, or managing Active Directory, and SharePoint, and Exchange Service!" I know I am an ass for bringing this up, but knowledge is best shared through the use of stories like you are so well doing, then all of a sudden, the cool story ends and in depth concepts of the Microsoft, "Exchange Services", and or "Outlook, and SharePoint Installations", crowd into the mental view of what is required to understand, what is happening. Instead if the use of the phrase's, "The Company", and "Exchanges Services" exactly match the visual diagram from 11:22 on, then there is no need for the listener to crowd their mental picture of the unnecessary complications of what business is hosting the verbal mentioned, "Exchange Service", how that relates to the visually diagrammed, "Outlook Web Server". This is further exacerbated by that statement starting at 11:22: Statement 1: "Notice that the Company that is supplying the exchange services has no control over authentication." Statement 2: " This is completely controlled by the company using the service." Statement 3: "This means that the company keeps control over who can access the exchange services." You seem to contradict Statement 1 by Statement 2, sounding like a circularly logical comparison. Problem, Statement 2, This (this "control of Exchange Service"/(Unclear if this is Outlook Web Services), or this, "Authentication Functionality". Which service are you using this to refer to? This, and the service in Statement 2 now are very vague and become confusing in the story. Stick with what is in the visual representations, by the terms, "AD Federation Service", "Authentication through AD Services", and "Outlook Web Server", the things that are visually showing. Use, "Authenticating Business" instead of Business, in the visual diagram. Stop referring to, "The Company" since it denotes both, either or, and is confusing at this point. if you need to represent both the exact examples of, "The Company", consider not using the term, "The Company", instead provide a direct explicit reference, "AD Federated Authenticator", and "Exchange Service Host", then also provide the generic terms on each, "Federated authenticating Companies", "Service Hosting Company" . Just a suggestion
Οne of the exam objectives (3.3) in 70-411 is "Configuring Web Application Proxy in passthrough mode. This mplies that we should be learned the federation services even if it is not official in the curiculum? The same happens with certificates.... even if it a topic in 70-412, it is mention in NPS and radius authentication....
Far far better than technet articles. Thanks for making it free

One question for both scenarios, both company need AD server or only one company need AD server?
Both companies would need an AD server.
is there more federation services except AD please reply the services
No, Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) is the component and its features.
