I'm a first year student and I'm struggling with how things work. For instance is the material that I download on the study material online the same as the package that I receive, and if now how do I request a package to be sent too me. I'm literally clueless 🙏
Hi, the study material that you download and the study material that will be sent to you is exactly the same. When you registered you had to enter your physical address and your post address. It will automatically be sent to you. It takes quite a while for it to arrive, so you will have to work with the downloaded material until then.
I still have UNISA writing paper from when I studied back in 2016, it's still not finished! 😂

I'm Glad I came across your channel. I have a question.. If I'm temporarily registered and I have an assignment due soon but haven't received any material yet like cover pages etc , can I use normal book pages to write assignments?
Hi yes the best would be to use an exam pad. Remember to draw a line on the right side of the page as well so that they could mark your assignment and make their comments there. I think the margin needs to be 2cm.

Definitely !
They only have 1 intake this year. You apply 1st semester for both 1st and 2nd semester
@@meriamlitabe9359 I received information that they will reassess in May 2021 if there will be intakes for the second semester.
@@meriamlitabe9359 but I have a friend that is doing her LLB and she also said that there is only one semester this year.

I am not 100% sue. I make my own study notes.
Is it possible to work full time and study full time? Meaning I work a normal job and study after work and on weekends? I don't want to take a part time course cos it'll take longer to complete...I know I can work and study...I'm just abit worried

@@AnkiaStoltz hi yes I know but someone told me that when applying for Unisa you have to pick part time or full time, which did you pick? Like a mean for a three year degree is it possible to work full time and still complete it in three years? I don't know if I'm making sense

Love your videos💓 but I have a question I'm a first year student and I'm nervous I don't want to kiss any assignment dates and they said my study material is only gonna be online and they have not uploaded it
How can I check the dates online?

Hi ! your study material will be ready for you to download as soon as they finalize your registration. If you are "temporary register" you can use this link to download it. You just log in with your myunisa details. Not all of the material will be available but it will be enough to get you started while you wait for them to finalise everything.

When you log into myunisa, in the 'home' page there is a tab "calendar" on there you will see an overview of all of your assignment dates. The dates are also available on your study guide with their unique number.
