Hi, can you give me 5 good reasons 'Not to' invest in AIPL - the joy district' new commercial in Sector 88 which is a fully commercial sector? AIPL builder history is great along with a strong leasing team and all their previous projects are doing well. Elan's most of the previous commercial projects are empty so how can an investor trust them? Thanks!
