Ingredients to make Bamboo Shoot Sukka
Bamboo shoot 1 big cup
Sprout(green gram) 1 big cup
Urad dal 1tbsn
Cumin seeds 1/2tbsn
coriander seeds 2tbsn
Gundu chilli 5 no's
Byadagi red chilli 10 no's
1 big size coconut into pieces
Onion 2 big size
Garlic 5 cloves
Mustard seeds 1tbsn
Oil 1 small cup
Turmeric powder 1tspn
Curry leaves
Salt as per taste

Very nice presentation. Please keep the camera steady. Fast & frequent zoom in /zoom out movements are very disturbing. Triggers sensation of motion sickness.
