    I see how to access the Block Properties Table, but how did you "see" those parameter values. I am missing something because I do not see anything when I select the "add Parameter Properties" button. :(

      You have to add parameters FIRST before they can be viewed in the properties manager. He had already defined Tub_Length and Tub_Width, plus a host of "D" ones (distance), so when he called up the block table manager, they were available for import.
