Titanfall not selling well and ultimately being cancelled in favour of an admittedly fun Battle Royale game is one of the saddest ends to a franchise. I put so many hours into the first TItanfall game, and the sequel was just as fun. It was the one FPS franchise I actually considered myself a fan of. But at least we got the cool time travel level. Even is servers go down, they can't take that away from us.
I want an open world Titanfall with a more Halo Infinite style campaign. Imagine having your own Titan, being able to customize its looks and loadout, travelling a massive map on it while enemy troops also patrol, leading to regular firefights. You could even have other Titans roaming around for high level mech fights, maybe they could be like bounties and you unlock their weapons after killing them. God, that would be SICK!!!
