Hey Kenna! I think between the 2 rooms for Carter & Carson you should put 2 beds in each room and allow them to freely pick every night which room they want to sleep in. That way they can share a room whenever they like and also have their own space whenever they like. Also it will work when they have sleepovers with friends.

Try bunkbeds in the oldest son room, if he has friend sleepover he’ll have somewhere to sleep & Carson can sleep in there as well.

Don’t worry too much about your oldest McKenna when he gets older I recommend that you encourage him to join youth (bible study) I also used to be very pessimistic when I was younger but everything changed when I started going to bible study. I was about thirteen years old when I started going to bible study.
Yessss, some churches even have youth services so that it touches the children on the level that they can understand and that way in life we can reinforce those lessons. When I was younger I was in the youth choir and we stayed in choir all through our lives. The messages from the Bible were related to the song and the song really touched us and so now that was the real foundation for our faith. Plus you're also building a church family these are people who you are getting to know and they are getting to know you and they can help you

You could always do trundles to solve the bed issue and the friend can sleep in the bed that slides from underneath the main bed , my daughter had one and it was a space saver and multi functional

I dont have kiddos, but I love how you are navigating through motherhood. You and your boo are such wise parents, even at your age. To check in with your kids and the way you are so attentive to making their environment so nice... you are such an amazing mommy. I love how you keep it so real. You have such a beautiful heart and your friends (current and past) are lucky to have you. I donwloaded the Bible app you have and its been so nice having Bible study. Also I got the Bible with the big spaces... journaling Bible-- 😂 i cant remember if you recommended it but I bought a pink one and I love using it to scrapbook.

I am ending my Sunday night watching this and I am so happy. I love that each boy's first and middle name start with C and then J (I dont think you ever told us the boys middle name). It has been raining in CA right now so I have been in the mood to sleep in and do nothing. The goodnotes spelled Matthew wrong. I love the Jesus segment in the beginning because I have been off my bible and I need to get back into it. We totally understand when you post late because I live in CA and so I am behind you so when you release I be in church so you posting later allows me to not feel too behind. I would keep the extra bed just in case they have friends who sleep over. The only thing I could see why the darker color of the pool would be if you wanted to skinny dip at night but both colors are cute. My dad painted a whole room in one day and then let air out with the window over night and then the next day moved the stuff in and it was just him by himself so yea it shouldn't be too hard for 2 people to do. I would say a mom, dad, and a fam car so three. I would be careful with the land/loan/home loan programs because my neighbor did a loan with the city and then now she cant sell her house because the city owns half and she would have to pay out the city first. Congrats on Puerto Rico. I just went last summer and it was amazing and beautiful. I hope you have a blast and I cant wait to see a trip vlog. I love this little bliss life for you. I love the frozen meals from costco and getting in bulk my healthy snack items as well as my toiletries like toothpaste, body wash, lotion, gaterade, etc. I love Nara’s videos too. I feel like Cotsco is a great spot to shop for like families with teenage kids and older if that makes sense (my costco in CA doesn’t have much baby stuff just like diapers, wipes, and sometimes clothes. I feel like for me face mask stings for like 30 sec if it is a new product. The Naturium eye cream is great.

I feel u so hard about trying so hard to be fair with ur kids. I was an only child and I now I have 4 girls. It’s hard cause I have a 10 yr old but also a 3 yr old a 1 yr old and a 6 month old. It’s hard trying to make it all even and fair with them

I'm late on this but wanted to say that what Carter is dealing with is normal at his age we both have a kid the same age and they're doing the same thing. When my baby girl speak down on herself or gets super upset I 1. give her space 2. let her know things will be okay 3. speak life into her and reinforce that yes you're upset and etc but respect is huge and just because you're not feeling it that does not give you the right to be mean to others and speak that way.
Carter will continue to grow out of this phase and also keep in mind a lot of things are picked up from other aka at school and even tv. I know the kids aren't getting much screen time but just with the small amount they do get things can be picked up.
Keep on shinning McKenna, you're an awesome mother girl.
