- Okay, sooo who recognizes this city? :) I thought it would be fun to transform the city I live in, which is Budapest! This is the Parliament Building's silhouette and the Danube river. It's quite a beautiful city, you should visit if you have the chance:) It's not infested with creatures, only in my head, lol. Enjoy.

Hi! I'm Melinda, a VFX artist and sound designer from Hungary. I create relaxing ambient soundscapes of unique places. Hopefully, you'll enjoy listening and looking at these ambience videos made to relax you, transport you to faraway places, help you study or work, and maybe even trigger your ASMR.
Equipment I use:
Nikon D3300 (DSLR for recording green screens, black screens and taking photographs)
Tascam DR-40 (mic for recording sounds)
Wacom Intuos Art (pen tablet for compositing work)
Audio-Technica ATH-M40x headphones
Green screen
Black screen
(Hubby uses Wacom Cintiq 16. He sometimes helps me, since he's an illustrator, and I can't draw, lol.)

All video and audio work is my own original creation. (And illustrator husband's sometimes, lol.)

I'm binge watching Stargate Atlantis at the moment, and I was just thinking of looking for some kind of ancient city ambience, preferably with surface water sounds... and lo and behold here we go.

The tentacles make me think of R"lyeh even though logically it can't be meant to be R"lyeh since the city is supposed to be unimaginable and filled with odd Geometry
I did visit Budapest, it's really beautiful! I personally loved seeing the Parliament Building from afar, but personally I loved Buda Castle and the Castle Garden, which I visited during nighttime, truly magical! Thank you so much Melinda for these awesome videos and keep up with the good work

Love these types of videos. My have a huge imagination and fantasy worlds are my favorite, looking at them makes me clam and at peace for some reason. I then dream about visiting the place. I love this 💞

It's just lovely!! It's a cross between ancient Constantinople, St. Paul's Cathedral after the Nazi blitz, the migration of the swallows in the beautiful and haunting "Wayfarers All" chapter of The Wind and the Willows, the penetrating and manic Atraxi eye in the sky from Dr. Who's "The Eleventh Hour," and the angered and injured tentacles of Davy Jones's Kraken at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest. What a beautiful combination

I watch NHK via the app, but never fishing or non Buddhist cooking.
