Russia mei bilkul practical knowledge nhi hai bhai..and 6 saal russia mei aur 1 saal india mei total 7 saal baad lisence milta hai wo bhi agar next 1 baar mei clear hua toh...and disease pattern bhi bhot alag hota hai russia and india ka...isiliye agar paise ka problem nhi hai toh prefer indian pvt clg
