I found out about your channel when I decided to move to Iceland and now hearing your story I wanted to thank you for sharing, it’s very comforting to know that there are other people out there trying to find themselves and their excitement about life even if it’s not easy. Not that the struggle is a good thing but it’s nice to know that I’m not alone :) again thank you, don’t give up and hope you find it, I hope we all :)

Thanks for having the courage to share your story on anxiety and tips to help overcome it. With everything happening in the world today there are a lot of anxious people looking for answers to their problems. I always enjoy your story time videos and it would be great if you could do them more often.

Thank you for the video, which I'm sure is important for many. Since I had to take care of my father in addition to my work, with driving times of most 10-14 hours + weekend work and had to take care of everything for him until he died, my energy is simply gone. Loud noises and people stress me out immensely, I didn't know anything like that before, I was a bundle of energy. ANC headphones, nature, daily walks, lots of rest, yoga and a change in diet + subbs (magnesium, vitamin C, algae oil...) have helped me a lot. Also leaving out non-empathetic people and looking for warm people has helped me a lot. I will continue to see if I can get back to my old level with the help of micronutrients, working on the microbiome. Thank you for your video and much strength for the future, so that the anxiety will be gone soon and forever.

Thank you for sharing. Agree with your tips, they can help. For me also contacting my closest friends, even if they are far away. Not cutting yourself off from strangers and initiating conversations is also important.

Interesting 🤔 maybe losing yourself in some activity helps. My memory is horrible when I get anxious though 😅

@@PetrHeroldYeah, understand. Btw. I don't learn by memorizing, as i hate it. Anyway, it doesnt have to be a sloution for everyone, of course. Just saying, it makes me more relaxed. 🙂 in general, probably the best way for anxiety is not pushing it away and it's not easy for many people.

From my experience, Bali is good place to live peacefully yet not feeling lonely. I love Ubud the most. People in Bali speaks English quite well, catching up their language is also not very difficult. And person like you can actually focus on youtube or other digital work. Try to visit Bali (and stay in Ubud) for 1 month and see what you feel

Not having enough sun may cause depression too, not sure which chemical or vitamin deficiency it caused but with good supplement it helps

Cod liver oil helps too, I think it’s vitamin D defficiency 🤔
