why my xe-A203 doesn't have the same button of the one you have mine doesn't have tmst as you announcing the key have two separate it said MDSE SBTL on the left and #/TM SBTL on the right. i'm confusing was try to learn how to set up the TX sale tax please help Thanks

Hi... how do I set the GST for xea23s? its really getting on my nerves, I don't understand anything from the manual and I just want to know one thing... How do I not add the tax to the total but also have the gst on the side? Like for example, the gst is 12.5 and someone bought 2 items that cost 2$, 1 is taxable and the other isn't, and they pay with a 5 dollar, their change would be 1$ but the cash register adds the gst and the toal would be 4.25 making the change 75cents... its really bugging me out... PLESE HELP

my department 5 doesn't include the tax when I subtotal is... Why is this? all other departments work and add tax.

Difficult to be sure without seeing your till, but it sounds like department 5 hasn't been programmed the same as the others. Double check what tax rate you have assigned for dept 5 - watch the video from about 1 min 35 onwards.
