i just want to share few things about the Place here.. it was a historical movie about a ruler Peshwa Bajirao... The set is original no visual effects at all. made and decorated with completely with "mirror" as in the original history.The real palace is located in pakistan now(which was a part of India) at that time... the Director recreated it absolutely. i just want to share few things about the Place here.. it was a historical movie about a ruler Peshwa Bajirao... The set is original no visual effects at all. made and decorated with completely with "mirror" as in the original history.The real palace is located in pakistan now(which was a part of India) at that time... the Director recreated it absolutely. If you watch the slow motion at last you can get clearly.

the movie is based on some historical characters...Bajirao was the Peshwa(one of the Maratha Duke) , his wife was Kashi ( Priyanka Chopra ) and his lady love was Mastani ( Deepika) she was daughter of a Hindu King and his Muslim Concubine.Bajirao' s mother never accepted her but they were in love. at the end Mastani got punished by Bajirao's son and Bajirao got lunatic because of lot of political and social issues and both died.though Kashi , the wife loved her husband and envied Mastani but she accepted her and tried her best to reunite them.
