I've got about two inches done on my grandson's blanket, 262 stitches, yikes, and not straight knitting, counting, increases and decreases. I woke up at midnight, didn't get back to sleep until 4am! It's easy. Equal parts of high fat Greek Yogurt, softened cream cheese, and heavy cream, whipped. Add lemon juice and sweetener to taste. Serve it in wine glasses!😉 Since it doesn't have to "set up" you can make it at the last minute. Just make sure it's cold. I've beat in a pint of blueberries instead of the lemon juice. Just play with it!❤️🥰😍
