      저도 매운거 잘 못먹긴 하지만 또 좋아하긴 하는데, 떡볶이 같은거 시킬 때 매운 맛 단계 설명에
      1. 안매움
      2. 신라면 정도
      3. 불닭볶음면 정도
      4. 최고매움 어쩌구저쩌구
      하는 걸 보면 신라면보다 덜 매운 음식은 '안매움'으로 퉁친다는 걸 알 수 있다..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    저는 번데기를 좋아하지만 번데기는 한국인도 호불호가 극명하게 갈리는 음식이라서 처음보는 입장에서는 무서워할만하죠 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    I once tried spicy Korean noodles which apparently they normally eat. That day, I realized they are crazy people. It is not that I couldn't handle the spice, but it was just uncomfortable to eat and I couldn't feel much flavor because of it.
    Also, I'm absolutely loving Leaf's outfit.

      @@drakeraiden1842 Yeah, little bit of spice is good. But even though I casually eat my own chilli sauce, which no one else wants to eat because "it is way too spicy to eat with anything", I think there is a point where it becomes too much. It is all about spice tolerance, sure, but I feel like there is a limit to how spicy a food can be before it just ruins all the other aspects of the food, regardless of your tolerance.

      ​@@Pepso8P Spicy taste is scientifically a pain, and the average person gets used to it. Koreans usually eat spicy food from an early age, so they are tolerant of some spicy taste. But I do agree with you to some extent. There is definitely a feeling of competing for spicy.

      A wee bit late but your comment reminds me of when i bought a few of these hot chicken flavour topokki bowls from a weekend market stall in my town, they were amazing, my mouth was ablaze but i still powered through it, i even finished drinking the broth which a very few would say is mental

    번데기 호불호도 많이 타지만 먹게된 이유도 알려 줬으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다
    지금은 그냥 좋아하는 사람들만 길거리 음식으로 즐기는 음식이지만
    식용으로 사용된 계기는 6.25 한국전쟁이후 먹을것이 부족해지면서 먹게 된 음식이에요
    당시 고수익을 자랑하는 누에 치는일(비단 실크를 생산하는 일입니다 전문용어로는 양잠이라고 했는데 제가 어릴때 해당 일을 하셨던 어른 분들은 그냥 누에친다고 하셨습니다)하면서 누에고치를 실크로 바꾸는 과정에서 생기는 부산물을
    음식으로 활용 되었다고 볼 수 있습니다.
    실크를 만드는 과정은 상당히 위생적인 환경에서 진행이 된다고 볼 수 있는데요
    누에를 키우는 공간에 약을 전혀 안친 뽕잎을 따와서 계속 먹이면서 지속적으로 청소를 해서 위생적인 환경에서 키우게 되는데
    실크로 만들기 위해서 누에 고치를 물에 삶으면서 실크 부분을 분리하고 남은 나방이 되는 부분이 우리가 현재 먹는 번데기 입니다
    생산과정에서 이미 열탕 처리가 되었을 뿐만 아니라 관리된 깨끗한 환경에서 뽕잎 이외에는 아무것도 먹지 않고 자란 누에(참고로 실크를 생산할때 사용하는 누에는 화학적인 것에 매우 약합니다 농약은 조금만 들어가도전원 폐사하는것은 기본이고 흡연하는 사람이 당일 흡연을 안했다고 해도 누에를 만지면 대부분 강렬한 반응을 보이고 종종 즉사할 정도로 민감합니다)를 먹는거라 건강에 좋습니다
    개인적인 레시피 인데 통조림 번데기 1개에 종이컵 반컵에 다진마늘 0.5티스푼 고추(매운맛이 없어도 괜찮습니다)1개정도 어씃 썰어서 한소끔 끓여서(개인 취향에 맞는 간이 될 정도 국물 많은걸 선호 하시면 소금이나 국간장으로 간을 맞추시고 좋아하시는만큼 물읗 넣어주시면 됩니다) 먹으면 술 안주로 맛있습니다(맛으로는 호불호가 없다고 생각합니다 다만 외관이랑 식감-[씹으면 톡터지면서 국물이 뿜어지면서 입안에 남는 약간의 텁텁함]이 매우 호불호가 강하다고 생각합니다 맛은 짜쪼롬 하면서 엄청 고소해서 술안주 밥반찬으로 최고 입니다)

    in my country traditional coocking we can eat snails or frog leaps
    but for many people from my country doesn't like it, i'm a bit weird to say that i kinda like snails so silk worm might not be a problem but i would definetly think a second before eating it

    어릴 때 먹던 번데기는 방금 찐 따끈따끈한 거였어서 맛있는 냄새가 나서 잘먹었는데 요즘은 캔에 들은거라 잘 안먹게 되더군요.
    The pupae that I ate when I was a child were freshly steamed and hot, so they smelled delicious and I ate them well, but these days they are in cans, so I don't eat them often.

    번데기는 맛있는지 모르겠음 ㄹㅇ 벌레 특인데 먹으면 한 3개 먹으면 목아프고 특유의 톱밥맛이있음 건귀뚜라미 굼벵이 밀웜 번데기 정도 먹어봤는데 다 맛이 비슷함 희한하게도

    왜 우리나라가 쩝쩝거리는 소리를 내도 괜찮다는 인식이 있는지 모를 일 ㅋㅋ 전통으로 따지면 말할때 음식물 보이지 말라고 말도 하지 않는 게 예의인데 ㅋㅋ요즘 외국인들이 쩝쩝거리면서 먹어줘야하는 걸 우리나라 예의로 아는게 먹방의 영향인지 참ㅋㅋ

      쩝쩝이랑 면치기는 완전 별개 같은데요..?
      영국인에게 익숙한 면은 파스타고, 스파게티를 면치기 해서 먹진 않지만, 한국 중국 일본 등에서 먹는 면은 면치기 하면서 후루룩 먹잖아요.

      @@2703-s7w 기본적으론 후루룩하지 않고 면을 끊어서 먹는 게 전통예절이라고 합니다만, 과거 조선에서도 엄격히 따지진 않는 예절이었기에 애매한 개념이라고 합니다.
      답글의 포인트는, 영상에 나온 내용은 slurp(후루룩, 면치기) 인데, 덧글에선 갑자기 '쩝쩝 소리를 내도 괜찮다는 인식'으로 왜곡된 것에 대한 지적이었습니다.
      파스타는 포크로 말아서 입에 넣는 게 튀지도 않고 구조 상 편리하기에 slurp가 일반적이지 않지만,
      국물에 담궈진 한국컵라면은 소리내지 않으려고 포크에 말아먹거나 한입한입 끊어먹는 게 더 불편하고 어색하지 싶습니다.
      라면 후루룩 먹고있는 사람한테 "한국 전통예절은 후루룩 소리도 내지 않는 게 기본" 이라며 훈계하는 사람 없잖아요.
      리프가 물어본 것도 바로 이런 맥락이구요.
