@Ø dude, do you have something else to do than looking for every comment saying good things about their bassist and making the same comment with the same link? I mean, you really are in love with the guy
@@zacharyyyy in my opinion, and honestly I could be wrong, the background vocals and guitars sound pre-recorded. I filled in for a band once at a festival a few slots before them.. It was when they were in their leopard pants days. Almost their entire show was backing tracks. Essentially they were pretending. I know that is common with some bands these days, especially when members are sick and with the amount of production that goes into modern rock music. Some things just sounded way too perfect to be in a live setting. Especially Outdoors. Now I could fully be wrong oh, I admit. But in the past this was the case. Also, a lot of these live recordings are still edited in post the way you would a studio recording. This to avoid all the snide comments about them sucking..etc.. etc. Usually the sound coming direct from the sound board is very dry because it was meant for the concert, not video.
@@donut_lyfe every band uses backing tracks almost, but just because you have backing tracks isn't gonna make you sound better. This audio coming straight from the mixer make it pretty clear those are his actual vocals. And dude and def hold his own whether or not he's hated. Very little backing tracks was used in this.(vocal wise)
The ( 3:01 - 3:03) "I need a miracle' drop is one of the most shit that made me drop my head so hard damn, whenever I hear this part on this video everything on me just head bangs, damned band, really one of a kind
This is damn good if it's not a vocal track...I always get suspicious when you don't hear breath sounds with someone wailing like this. Plus he pulls that mic really far from his mouth while singing and I didn't notice any audio change again suspicious, but still amazing performance.
Damn Ronnie is such a legend. Even after all this time he is just getting to his prime. He's been through hell and came out an incredible man, he's got a daughter and a loving wife, he makes bank, and he is in excellent physical shape.
@@crimsonriver07 There's that story of one of Ronnies's ex gfs who claimed to be a victim of physical abuse, but I think it turned out that she made it all up to ruin his reputation after Ronnie broke up with her so she got really pissed.
Everyone talks about how amazing he is. And he absolutely is amazing but damn his band is so bad ass. You’re only as good as the ones you surround yourself with.
It's so interesting seeing how loud Ronnie's scream actually. When he's belting his soul out, the mic is a solid FOOT away from his face. When he's screaming it's nearly touching his lips, and it sounds the same volume. Which means that his scream is a heck of a lot quieter than his belt. So cool to see. Also the fact he has the kind of awareness to know that his mic at his preferred settings, needs to be X distance away from his mouth in order to sound right. So cool.
You make a solid point. It's probably how he's preserved his voice when switching between vocal styles for so long. Screaming at a lower volume is likely much easier on the chords in the long run.
@@tomasterren That's what I mean. Two wildly different distances, same volume because of compression. Which means that his scream is probably a lot softer than we're hearing
Yeah Ronnie finally grew not to be a scene vocalist, but an artist. I can't wait to see more live shit on the level of their last Vans Live releases, this here is just incredible. You can tell the sound didn't need much mastering, Ronnies voice matured a lot. Most people his age have to go pop voice to sound acceptable, specially after that much time actively making music and touring.
Thanks so much! Yeah, Falling In Reverse is always one of my favorite bands to watch. The whole band is super solid and Ronnie kills it as a frontman. I was worried about how these new songs would translate live since they rely a bit more on production than most of their previous stuff, but they honestly nailed it. I was super impressed.
@@BVTV yeah that's exactly why I was worried, like what is the rest of the band gonna do? But they all own it, especially Ronnie and Tyler. Didn't know they got Max who used to be in ETF for a bit though.
This live is really good. They play well, everyone who contributes to vocals does really amazing job of screaming and singing, Ronnie is really good too. And not to mention video/sound quality, top notch.
Thank you so much! We spent a crazy amount of time making this one look and sound as good as possible, so it's always awesome to hear people noticing the extra effort. We appreciate it a ton! :)
I'm genuinely impressed with this performance. I love the record and always wondered how it would come out live. I though it would be shit to play live but these guys have done a great job. 10/10 in my opinion.

@@zacharyyyy these guys definitely use a substantial amount of backing tracks. I'm not hating, that is how the industry is these days.
@@donut_lyfe That's bullshit. Go comment on an Alex Jones video please
"Woo that shit was hard" - Ronnie XD
Dragon Marauder that part cracked me up XD
when he said that?
@@fagnermenezes5415 4:41
The ( 3:01 - 3:03) "I need a miracle' drop is one of the most shit that made me drop my head so hard damn, whenever I hear this part on this video everything on me just head bangs, damned band, really one of a kind
I keep watching it on repeat
I also love how Ronnie just slowly head banged his way over to get water
@@mayafairbanks2396 4 months ago and I'm still banging my head lol.
Ronnie is one of a kind man. That shit is bangin'
I always hear this as "planting a marigold!!" 🤣
his vocal so clear & stable when live
The only rapper I’ve ever seen that doesn’t backtrack his own rap haha
And also White, Ronnie is a gem of a vocalist
You probably never heard about Eminem
Machine gun kelly does it
Bobinski 23 ronnie is better than mgk, at least when it comes to singing and screaming
This is damn good if it's not a vocal track...I always get suspicious when you don't hear breath sounds with someone wailing like this. Plus he pulls that mic really far from his mouth while singing and I didn't notice any audio change again suspicious, but still amazing performance.
I still watch this video to this day. Unreal vocals from Ronnie.
Damn Ronnie is such a legend. Even after all this time he is just getting to his prime. He's been through hell and came out an incredible man, he's got a daughter and a loving wife, he makes bank, and he is in excellent physical shape.
....are you fucking me? He's a pathetic abusive human being
S S so why the hell are you here?
@@SS-rr7by AND THAT'S THE FUCKING TEA
@@SS-rr7by weren't all and any allegations of him being abusive proved false?
@@crimsonriver07 There's that story of one of Ronnies's ex gfs who claimed to be a victim of physical abuse, but I think it turned out that she made it all up to ruin his reputation after Ronnie broke up with her so she got really pissed.
This performance...the camera quality...the editing...this is beautiful!!!
Everyone talks about how amazing he is. And he absolutely is amazing but damn his band is so bad ass. You’re only as good as the ones you surround yourself with.
1:26 lets all appreciate that bassist voice.
You nailed it man.
He nailed the pitch
Both are good lead singer and bassist
Those are backing tracks. He's not really singing
He absolutely is singing.
This bass player is a killer omg.
Rest in peace, Derek. Will be remembered forever 💔
I will always rewatch this. Damn it's so good
It's so interesting seeing how loud Ronnie's scream actually.
Screaming at a lower volume is likely much easier on the chords in the long run.
signal is so heavily compressed that when he's away from mic it sounds as loud as when he's near to it
@@tomasterren That's what I mean.
This is the BEST live performance I’ve ever watched. The vocals, instrumentals, EVERYTHING!
Agreed!
Bro, the perfect combo of backup and lead singing, sounded better than the record. So good
its too good for live show band.. thanks mixer guy , editing guy and camera man.. you deserve an oscar!
One the best live performances I've ever heard holy shit
Holy fuck! Insane quality, and wasn't sure how the song would be live, but it's amazing!
Thanks so much! :)
the fact that his eclectic voice translates so well live is impressive. shout out to the bass player's vocals. he killed it
One of the best if not the best FIR live video I've seen. You all killed it. I couldn't have asked for it to sound better than this. Props
Thank you so much! We spent a crazy amount of time making this one look and sound as good as possible, so it's always awesome to hear people noticing the extra effort. We appreciate it a ton! :)
Wish this version was available on Spotify, better than the studio version
For real right
I swear the drummer has the most fun on this song
Gets me teary eyed listening to this can’t believe it’s almost been out for 2 years
Only been out for a year and like 3 months lol
Almost 3 years now 😪
This is my new fav. Song in this 2019!
Even its on live... the growls is so clean...
Salute to ronnie and the bassist!
This band is insane!!! Such power in his vocals. Killer lyrics
I'm genuinely impressed with this performance. I love the record and always wondered how it would come out live. I though it would be shit to play live but these guys have done a great job. 10/10 in my opinion.
Holy shit the quality is amazing! Great job guys
Thanks so much! :)
Just now seeing this. I have GOT to see these guys live!!!!
RIP Derek. My man was going in on that last chorus. I hope you and your fiance are reunited my man.
Didn't expect this to sound this good live. The bassists singing and screaming makes the song
I’m blown away by this performance, it’s perfection in every sense of the word. Wish they had more live videos on TH-cam that are professionally shot and recorded.
The lead singer and the Bassist are just fucking insane in this band , one of the best singers and Growlers
ronnie is sounding amazing live lately
It's the gym
Jokes on you that's the bassist
@@chewie9217 uhh, both of them...
It was edited
@@Bbybirdie nah seen em live recently seems like he's been taking lessons def stepped it up
Absolutely incredible. As if Ronnie couldn’t impress any more here he goes again. Background vocals were absolutely amazing as well. Great performance!
Best Live vocals ever ever ever, Ronnie is just getting better I mean WTF!? & backup vocals R insane!
You know it's tough to perform when Ronnie of all people goes "That shit is hard"
They cannot loose that bassist/back ups. He is insanely good, him and Ronnie bounce off each other so god damn well.
Every scream and growl has pain need pure heart and soul and ear to enjoy it
Ronnie’s voice sounds great on this performance. Best I’ve heard. Tyler Burgess vocals are great mix with Ron. They gave 100% on this.
Its certainly a kick ass performance! Best vocals for me is reimagined. But this song is absolutely one of my favs
Holy shit.... How did I just find this band??? I heard of them years ago, but I thought they were an emo band.
This is one of the best live recordings I've ever seen!!
Ronnie has literally been around for 17 years lol. You're so far behind.
Don't feel bad I was missing out for yeeaarrsss too!!! Never knew they were thissss talented now they are easily one of MY FAV bands!!
That bass guitar is badass almost as the bassist who is playing it
Do you know what bass that is man?? I really wanna get one!
@Alonso T.L. Do you know like what the actual bass he is playing is though?
I’ve seen this a few dozen times and fuck when the bassist first comes in with the background vocals I get chills every time. Amazing performance all around
Same here dude! He is gnarly!
Treat people with compassion
I love ronnie forever from back in the day the birth of etf and im digging his new stuff
cant stop this live performance over and over again.
Love how in the end Ronnie says "whoo that shit is hard"
This band has come a long way
I came back here after ronnie dropped Watch the world burn... damn... cant get enough...
Первый раз встречаю трек, который на концерте. в живую звучит лучше , чем на записи. Валит охрененно!!!
I'm 62 years old. I don't normally listen to this type of music. I came upon it by chance. OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Top 3 best live performances from any modern band, period!
Ok, this is great.
I think no one can argue about that.
