TK…It’s time to begin your request anew. Take up your keyboard and go forth asking for the next ffa Friday. I will have my beer and vacation day ready to call off work.
Felt like Dumballa helped you out plenty in this game. Gave you space when you were getting teamed and had a gentlemen's duel with you towards the end at 39:00 which gave you some needed exp for your heroes. Should give him a shout for prolonging such an amazing game :)
God tier, so glad we get 24 player ffa with grubby. I honestly love this map, always a lot of fun. I think making it random heroes makes it more fun and lowers the stress of tryharding
I cannot believe I watched that whole game - what a ride... Was dying laughing though when Grubby first encountered Lelu/Noexxx after being fold he was loaded/was the strongest - sees Demon Hunter // Beast Master // Paladin and goes "whatever, his heroes aren't that good" and then proceeded to get the shit kicked out of him in every 3v3 hero fight once they were all level 10 lol. Lelu actually blew a huge opportunity - I saw one of the shops had a Mask of Death and he didn't grab it for his Demon Hunter... When you get that for Illidan in the expac campaign missions you can nearly solo them lol. Had he gotten that his DH would have been indestructible considering he also had the Pally supporting him with heals & devotion aura!!
Grubby completely caught him off guard with his first attack which put him on the back foot for the rest of the game, and despite winning some hero duels (which is to be expected given he had an unkillable Paladin....) Grubby's heroes generally dominated the fights due to his advantage in AOE. To be honest I didn't expect Grubby to do so well as he usually lacks FFA sense and just attacks everybody (not really his fault FFA is obviously a completely different playstyle and I'm sure he is also thinking about making the game entertaining for his viewers), but the ending was a little bit anti-climatic as he should really have expected that Stein would have been able to kill him in the end, as he knew he still had a Hippo rider army despite Stein's heroes being more vulnerable in a duel (as such he probably should have eased off focusing Lelu and hunted down Stein more). The fact that he never even found a single TOL of Stein's should have been a red-flag (it's a pity we never got to see after the game where he was hiding buildings!). Still a good quality FFA in the end, and the heroes were definitely a fun combo that often shredded armies practically solo!
Stein had a good psych game, Grubby passed him over when he had the advantage looking for Lelu then Stein took out Lelu's base while they were fighting. Good tactics there.
02:27:00 They don't call him the farseer for nothing, he knows everything, ofc he was disconnected. ^^ Some thoughts about the game here: Staff of sanctuary should be cancelable at player's will, it's just so lame that a hero has to be stucked for the whole healing durantion like it was a building, even a mechanical critter is more useful than staffed heroes. 2. Only rooted trees should be considered as buildings not be reaveled to prevent the nelf laming hding trees. Thx for game, grubb.
Wow that first creep camp in the first match was tough. Even needed towers *Edit* as i am watching the video further in i start to belive that this is only 1 map haha. I assumed from the title that its 2 or 3 games in succsession :D
To the person who asked, and others who might wonder how Grubby got a Tauren... Watch 1:05:22 how he used his Wand to steal the Tauren and used his Staff to safely transport it.
Love this Game style. Random Heros FFA. Grubby, how would you feel about a 1v1 game mode where every hero is available via the Tavern? So you could Play any Race with any Hero Combo. Would be cool to see what the best hero combos would become!
@@Ryan-sn3uo Really think the Archmage is that good? He'd be first Pick for every Race? I dunno. I feel like DK first for UD would still be the Norm and Blade Master + Moon Wells? Endless Harrass. I think it would be alot more diverse than one Hero comp being the best for every race.
this game was very sad in the way "teaming" was used, just because a single player is attacked by two (or more) players at the same time does not equal teaming, if it was not planned, than its an oppertunity and this got misued by EVERYONE.
When Grub said, "that's the fourth guy that attacked me." looked up saw he was almost dead center of the map. ofc you're getting gang bngd 😄 This one will always be a mystery though as far as where ste1n was.

Instead he could have just eradicated the guy that killed him, only got manipulated to losing. Also perfect hero combo is dark ranger, alchemist, pitlord, you just run circles and remove enemy armies without even fighting, while slowly building your own 200 supply army out of all races

How mercilessly Grubby has dispatched his humble fan. Why not spare his last peons and leave them as prisoners of war? Such needless and ruthless violence!
I saw midas in the shop. Could probably sell a few items to buy that and get some money off the hippos etc. i dunno if it works on summons but even hippos were in abundance haha
