Great advice on building basements under foundations. Stairs in these builds have given me fits for the longest times. Thanks.

The only issue with building the basement stairs first before placing the foundation, is that you kind of have to know where you want your staircases to go in your build ahead of time 🤷‍♂. This has led me to map out floor plans with carpet before placing the stairs/foundations. Although this episode isn't a great example of that, when I built Goth Manor, I had to be very intentional as to where I wanted the basement stairs.

Just catching up to the speed builds.
I really love the fact that you are balancing things out with the Bluewater Village builds! I can really start to see the vision you set out to since watching your CAW series. I just gotta say, that's a ton of lots to build out in Bluewater Village though! Are you gonna attempt to build all of them?

I do plan to build all of them! It's ambitious and I like ambitious projects like this. It'll keep me out of trouble for a long time to come lol 😅.
