I work at wing stop and depending on how slow or packed the restaurant is judges how we fry wings, if the restaurant is super packed then we go ahead and drop a whole bag containing 50-60 wings in the fryer, if the manager is there then we have to count every wing one by one. It just depends on how packed we are at the time.
yes Darius is right I either get extra wings or they short me sometimes they don't always pay attention they just scoop them up and ship the orders out most of the time
