Rat Rod!!! Like the ‘52 and ‘55 Chebbies. Didn’t realize the Camaros only came in one color in ‘67. Cool show.
The very first ones rolling off the regular production line on start-up day were Black however, later ones coming off the line later in that day were different colors. A viewer pointed out that car #1 was actually gold color, but I believe that was a special one produced for the Reveal Press Party on the new Camaro line and not part of the production line on startup day! I appreciate you being a viewer!
I glad that you're doing these videos! If I may make one suggestion though: Ditch all the extraneous stuff- i.e. the trivia, giveaways, etc. and just get to the cars!
In the beginning I was thinking okay these are okay prices. As you went on and the collectibility of those cars and the prices continue to get better. Congratulations 150 episodes and thank you for the work you put into this.
Thanks I appreciate that!
My favorite from this list is the 1968 Ford Fairlane 500 my brother in law owned a black over red one like this. it even had the 302 lots of fun.
Good choice!
The Camaro was my favorite, even though the back window would tell you it's a 75- 77, I knew a chick in high school a long time ago who had one and let me borrow it from time to time!
You could be right. That may have been a 75 model. The young man who was the grandson of the original owner who cranked up the Camaro had said it was a 74, and frankly, I did not know those model years very well myself! LOL!
Hey Solon, i just wanted to say NATO 7.62 is a bullet size used by NATO Countries, its basically a .308 Caliber although id never fire a NATO 7.62 out of a .308 but would shoot a .308 out of a NATO 7.62.
I'M Catching the tail end of this video as usual but love watching the drags for somd reason so ill watch it in its entirety here after the drags. Also i know comments help tickle the Algorithm so i try to comment as much as possible:)
I do want to tell you i appreciate your hard work, it must take up a tremendous amount of time, again i know you work so hard and do appreciate it.
I appreciate that nice comment, Ronald! Yes, it takes me about 20 hours total over three days to create these videos, and I do it all on my iPhone!
@@Americanrodshopon your phone, impressive
I liked the Nash metropolitan. Great show and thank you for all the ads
with all the great cars. "Rat Rod"
Nash was a good choice! Thanks for the nice comment, I appreciate you being a viewer!
If that 55 Chevy has a 283 V-8 in it then it isn't original. The 283 didn't come out till 57. Chances are that car has the 265 in it
Good catch Brian!
a man who knows his cars
@@Pappy-1thank you sir.
@@Americanrodshopthank you sir.
Big old boomer cars. Sell them quick they are loosing value. No more $50k for a 57 bel air.
Now you are talking. 47 business coupe of course is my favorite tonight. I think it is a good buy. If I didn't already have a 47 coupe I would be all over this one. Rat rod.
I really like the body styles of the 47 model, whether a sedan or coupe, both look great!
Man I LOVE that 74 Camaro, my first car was a 76 Camaro and I've been ooing for another one since I had to sell it.
It was a sweet car for sure!
@@Americanrodshop Yes it was. I'd like to find a 74-77 to rebuild.
Rat Rod. The Metropolitan is the only one that would fit in my garage. Would love to have that Camaro.
IT is a nice one for sure bill!
47 Chevrolet coupe is sharp I have a 48 project great to see the original version ,, Thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching!
Great show Solon. Cars had some great prices. Keep up the good work. 👍😎✌️
Thanks Kevin, I appreciate it brother!
I believe the Fairlane 500 was the nicest in looks and price
Good choice Pappy!
#2was a Gran Torino Sport red with a white stripe
Correct!
That Wildcat might be a little high price wise but MAN is that thing beautiful!!!
I love those body lines on it!
That is the same color metropolitan my Dad had when i was very young. Rat Rod
My Aunt drove a red and white one for years!
Congrats, Solon on your 150th video! I bet when you reach 300, they will be better still.
Thanks, I hope so! I appreciate you being a viewer!
I like the wildcat, handyman, 52 Chevy, the 55 shoebox( always a favorite), 68 Fairlane. Too many tonight.
There were alot of great ones Larry!
Solon, my Daddy's last car was a dark green 52 Chevrolet De Luxe two door sedan.
Wow! Nice! I had an opportunity to get the 52 Chevy car from my Mom when my Dad passed away in 1989, but I didn't pursue it and so now it is owned by my oldest sister. I hope that she will sell it to me one day.
@@Americanrodshop while we were visiting his parents in Illinois, my Father had a heart attack and died mid morning on the day before Thanksgiving, 1958. That night a Blue Norther came through and the block froze and cracked. It was kind of like that old song about the grandfather clock.
My favorite car in this video would definitely have to be the model T I've always loved them cars ever since I seen one at a car show with my dad when I was a little girl.
Those T models are awesome! I have always wanted one my self Archangel!
The 74 Camaro is by far the best deal I’ve seen out of several videos worth of cars. It looks brand new. You need to jump on that one Solon since it’s close to home for you.
I wish I could but I live in an apartment, so I have no place to park it! A car that nice would get stolen where I live at! LOL!
I like the ford fairlane
Good choice Joseph!
Rat rod, gold, Grand Torino, Sunbeam Alpine.
The fairlane 500 would ve a sweet ride all done up
Yes it would Jim!
I liked the wildcat but the price is a bit steep .
Good choice!
I like the number 10 car the Camero, nice car !!!!
Good choices!
The Metropolitan is a great deal. Favorite is the Wildcat.
Both are great choices! I agree, David!
favorite 1940 Ford and 74 Camaro rat rod
Both good choices!
I liked the 57 Nash. Because I had a 55 when I was 16. Sold it to my grandpa for twenty dollars and a eight track tape player lol. Rat rod
I loved riding in my Aunts 57 Nash when I was a kid!
Business Coup is my favorite 😎👍🏼
Wait... the T
LOL! It is hard to pick!
Nuce find on that Camaro......
Yeah, I would have like to buy that but I do not have a place to store it.
I don't see it online?
@@Americanrodshop
Favorite: 47 Ford. My dad drove a 48, Flat head V8
Good pick!
Grand Torino and absolutely LOVE this channel. Thank you for the great content. Cheers from Canada 1976 car
Thanks, Tracey I appreciate you being a viewer!
White on the 67 Camaro.
My favorite was the 55 Chevrolet. Love full size Chevrolet and the 74 Camaro
That Fairlane is sweet too.
It is BiggTomm!
Rat rod the metro was cool
I like those little cars!
... Rat Rod... Great show 👍
Thanks Bob!
Love the fantasy racing . Rat Rod
Thanks Steve!
Oh well, here we go again, only 6 hrs. To wait. Been to the store and have plenty snacks so it won’t be too bad.
and I just woke up from a nap 🙃

Rat rod
Rat rod
Rat Rod That model T coupe is a real sweetheart.
I like it also!
Number 5 or 7. Great prices rat rod
There are 6 cars that I like. The prices are good. To bad my garage is full. Great show! Rat Rod.
Thanks Mike! You are going to have to send me some cool pics on those cars!
Nice job, Solon.... rat rod
I appreciate that as always Pshabby!
#1 brown/ gold #2 Torino
1976 Ford Grand Trano Red with a white stripe
Correct Albert!
The coupe in the second race turned in the fastest time and mph out of all the races I think we’ve watched. Very fast car.
It was fast!
RAT ROD! Hard which I liked best as you posted a lot of good ones this episode. I knew all of your trivia questions for once…TADA!
LOL! Great, more good trivia coming up in the next video!
Nice find Solon!
Thanks!
They drove a 76 Torino 😎 I remember alot of BLUE 67 Cameros..
Correct!
Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately there's not a single car on this list I would even want if you give it to me for free. I'll still smash your thumb for the effort. The wagon for the win.👍🔨
Favorite is the Camaro, but it is NOT a 74. May be 75. The 74 is the only Camaro with the flat back window and the big bumpers. In 75 the rear window became a wrap around window like the one on the car in this video.
Yeah, I did not catch that until after the video was posted. The young man had said it was a 74, and I was not familar with those year models! Good catch on your part!
Ooooh, I like that 55 Chevy. You say patina, I say desperately needs a paint job.
LOL!
The 47 Business Coupe looks great. The thing I can’t figure out is why didn’t he restore the engine when he restored the car. The interior is beautiful, but then you look under the hood, very strange. When I would start a restoration, the first thing I started on was the engine. Looking good doesn’t make it go.
That is what I thought as well! He did not mention what was wrong with the engine but that the car runs and drives. It might have a rod knocking or something like that!
Wow! Start it off right Solon!
I like the 1968 Ford galaxy and the 1974 carmaro
Great choices!
Camero was awesome! What a great price.
It was!
White Cameros....Torino......Astin Martin
Rat Rod
Keep’em coming Solo!
Thanks One! I appreciate you being a viewer!
Rat Rod; white; Aston Martin
Black 47 ford would make cool Street rod !
I love those bodies on that year model, great styling!
The 47 business coupe. At the price he wants you can rebuild the motor and trans.
I would agree with that Leo!
Lovely 74 Camaro is my favorite.
That black interior on the Camaro sure looks red to me...but I don't think you'll find another one that straight for $8500.
It could be red, I forgot to ask the color on the interior during the filming, but on my phone where I create the videos it looked black so I went with that! LOL!
Ford Granada
Rat Rod. Cool cars this episode.
Thanks David!
I would buy that Camaro now.I don't see it anywhere online.
It's not on facebook but go to the description in this video and the contact info is listed for it there!
My favorite would be the model t
Good choice!
I like #10 the best!
Good choice!
The camaros i think were a blue color .
I’ve already got a dad bod, what I really want is a Rat Rod!
LOL!
Nice clip Solon
Thanks Randy I appreciate that!
1964 Austin Martin DB5
Rat rod.hello from Poland, although I'm English.😊
Glad you tuned in!
Great looking Model T
The Camero was blue
Red and white striped Torino Ford
Missed the live but imma sink in.
Rat Rod I like the ford farline
Good choice Clay!
gimme that Rat Rod. it's time for me to win!
Rat Rod it's time to go drag racing again
Rat rod! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Angel!
Rat Rod. I was entertained.
Thanks for being a viewer, Jeff!
The first Camaros were gold base models.
Good info! Those Gold ones were hand built off the production line for a Reveal Press party! The very first ones coming off the assembly line were Black. I see now how my question was confusing! But you are right on the very first ones being Gold! Good catch on that Thomas!
I got the color wrong on the first camaros but 2 out of 3 aint bad
Good try though, I did not know the first one were black either until I looked up the trivia question!
Blue
Camaro not 1974 , "wrap around back window" began in 1975. 1974 only big bumper Camaro without the wrap around back window. Not 74
You are correct! I think it is actually a 75 model!
😊rat rod
Seriously, I want the Rat Rod.
My favorite Ford body
Bond drove an Aston Martin-Rat Rod.
Correct!
I see #3 or even #4 condition cars for #2 condition prices on this channel.
Starsky and Hutch drove a Gran Torino.
Correct!
1976 grand terenio setting on tri pod frame 460 intersepter
Definitely not a girl getter car!😅 Priceless 😊
Silver
Grand torino 😮
1. Yellow? 2. Fairlane
I have an issue with #10- the Camaro can't be a 1974 because 1974's still had the small back window! This was the first year of the big ugly aluminum bumpers, but the rear window was still the same as the 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973 body. Somebody made a
Boo-Boo! 😮!
Good catch Gordon! Yeah, I did not catch that until after the video was posted. The young man had said it was a 74, and I was not familiar with those year models! Good catch on your part Gordon, I appreciate that!
@@Americanrodshop , no problem.
