- Join us as we experience the Flight 93 National Memorial just before the 22nd anniversary in Shanksville, PA. Located nearly two hours outside of Pittsburgh, this memorial is stunningly quiet and peaceful, which gives one a great time to reflect on the events of that tragic day and to be thankful for all that we have.

Thank you for making and posting this video. I just visited this memorial today. It was stunning and beautiful and deeply moving. I love how your video captured that “calm intensity”. We must never forget the story of flight 93.

I came here on July 29th when I was in Pittsburgh for a weekend getaway - definitely worth it coming here!
Thanks for the comment! We agree, if you can get to it this memorial is well worth a visit.
Thank you for such a nice, and respectful video. Have you ever visited ground zero? Have you ever thought about a video on WTC 3 the seldom mentioned hotel at the base of the two towers, that was also destroyed on Sept. 11, where 44 people lost their lives.
We visited ground zero not long after the grounds opened but the museum was still under construction and you had to walk down the block to visit the temporary displays that would be housed there. It’s incredible how quiet ground zero is despite being in the middle of bustling Manhattan. While we don’t have plans to go to NYC right now, as soon as that trip is on the books this is one place we definitely want to visit again and (respectfully) make a video of for our viewers. I will definitely be researching the hotel and including that when we do, so thanks for the tip!
Great video

I have hearing difficulties (I do wear hearing aids), so the added music was too much for me. It made hearing the tour guide too difficult. :-(
We are sorry to hear that!
