Sometimes I feel bad for Yor because she's the only one completely in the dark about the actual plot of the show. She's just trying her best to be a mother to Anya.

I LOVE the way Spy x Family always subverts expectations in very silly and unforeseen ways when things are looking serious or dark. Like the cooking episode with Yor, or Nightfall’s obsession with Twilight. You’re like “Ohhhh yeah, this show is hilarious I almost forgot for a second” 😂
I love, really really love, how this show plays with our emotions!!! Takes you from the HA HA HA! to an AAAWWWW or a WOOOOW in a matter of minutes, sometimes seconds. Amazing writing!

Anyway, this episode made a lot of gurls simp over Loid.
I would probably cry too if the one I loved, who taught me to never show your true feelings or emotions, the one I knew and who knows me most longest, were to be changed by some random local and random kid. Hurts even more if Twilight likes Yor more, which Fiona noticed
Am I the only one who thinks Loid observing what Bond is doing at the kitchen while sewing the penguin cool? It reminds me that though he's pretending as a family guy, he's still a first rate spy. Never let your guard down, even in a moment.
It fits Loid in general if you ask me.

i am so glad you understand how this is! since you get it very well, i just wanna add that everyone who is close to twilight will be able to tell that he genuinely loves them. franky does, which is why he 'reprimanded' him when they had to check on yor as the secret police. handler seems to as well if you ask me. it hurts with nightfall because she has feelings for twilight.

Episode went from she’s down bad to she’s down sad
Just imagine Yuri and Fiona in a relationship, with the focused and intense emotions they both are having. XD I think if they were able to let go of their obsessions for Yor and Loid they would be perfect for each other. Fiona could pamper Yuri and Yuri could openly shower her with the afffection he is feeling (without it being incesty XD). I'd love to see that happening.

Fiona Frost is voiced by the lovely Sakura Ayane who also voiced Gabi Braun from Attack on Titan, Sawabe Tsubaki from Your Lie in April, Nakano Yotsuba from The Quintessential Quintuplets and my personal favorite Mitake Ran from BanG Dream.
I love Fiona. She reeks of dignity. In her heart, she's not going to marry Loyd. She's a spy, she readied herself to live this way until she die. She wants to live a lie even temporarily, like a dream.
Interesting. My idea is that they use their own secret code phrases just like in the previous episode. A cipher or secret code which I mentioned in the previous reaction. For those reading this, pls. read my comment in the previous reaction video to understand what I’m getting at.
Here’s how I see it.
Secret code phrase: The blanket is wet!
Translation: Someone is coming your way!
Imagine I see your friend outside approaching your house & I’m outside yelling to you “The blanket is wet!” repeatedly so you’ll know it’s me & you’ll be alerted to your friend’s presence who approaches on your doorstep.
Why? So that whoever is approaching will wonder & think it’s not anything suspicious. Just me, a guy literally thinking or is probably mad cuz my blanket is wet when it’s clearly meant to my friend to warn him/her that somebody is approaching your house. Like warning system. It’s just like creating your own game. Don’t overthink it.
Are you referring to when they were communicating secretly? I don't think it's actually physically possible, but they were saying one thing with their voice and another with their lips. So they were reading each other's lips for the "real" conversation.
@@Agent719 Hi! Yes, that's what I mean. I could be wrong. It's possible as it is the term "ventriloquist" I believe. The creators didn't give a definite answer so you could be right.

They put an outstanding effort on animating the characters this episode. Maybe thats why Loid looked particularly handsomer.
Now, introducing Fiona Frost, Codename: Nightfall, who I guess could be considered as Loid’s Yuri, for lack of a better way to describe her, though i guess she is way more internal than Yuri, again for a lack of a better way to say it.
Anyway, with this, all of the Major Player within this Series (that I know of) has now been introduced, let’s see how things will go from here.

That secret communication between Twilight & Nightfall is basically ventriloquism. While they're talking about some casual stuff, the real conversation is through their lip movement.

Hm, it seems like Episode 21, is yet another Episode that covers a Main Chapter(Chapter 30) and a Short Chapter(Short Chapter 3), i gotta admit, it’s interesting with how they are using the Short Chapters as a way to just use a Single Main Chapter without stretching it with Anime-Original Content, ‘cause I guess they would run out of ideas eventually with how they would stretch them and I do quite appreciate that they are using the Short Chapters at all in any kind of way, i feel like they add to the experience of this Series(though, I do wonder if they are going to cover Extra Chapter 2 at some point?).
Anyway, it seems the True Plot of the Campbelldon Tennis Arc will Start Next Episode, i hope you’ll look forward to it, i certainly will.

Ah, Nightfall. The crazy aunt who should be introduced to the crazy uncle. She and Yuri would either destroy each other, or disappear for a year then show up doing contract work in a neutral nation and married.
Yor is sweet. She can fight and genuinely cares for Anya but Fiona is much more capable when it comes supporting Loid.
I am still team Yor but Fiona is almost as capable as Loid.
What Loid needs is someone who can take care of Anya, who genuinely cares for her. Cooking? Sewing? Loid can do that.
He needs a wife and mother not another spy who for sure Fiona if not both of them will treat this as a mission. Damn poor Anya.

@@kcknowshowtoplay4302 Loid stated in the interview episode that Yor does all household stuff except for cooking. I don't want to compare Yor and Fiona as they definitely are opposite from each other but when it comes to choosing between both of them as the mother of Forger, then Yor much conveys the figure of a mother that this family needs.
Fiona's a good choice tho for supporting the mission, but Yor's still best in childcare and in playing housewife. Yor just balance' Loid's character (in fact both of them). They help each other not just for perfectly playing house, but for each other's development of who they are becoming.

....Yes. finally , Loid has an other woman after him. things are getting very interesting. a Love triangle angle. i was hoping for this and i got it. interesting, so it should have been Fiona who was going to play the role of Loid's wife. at the start. too bad she was busy with another mission at the time. i feel sorry for Fiona . too little to late.. Too bad for Fiona having a harem would derail the "perfect" household image they're going for. it's looking like the writer wants Loid to end up with Yor at the end.. a not bad choice . you can not go wrong with either Yor and Fiona . i love both Yor and Fiona but if i were the creator of this story i would pick the Harem ending. Loid should pick both of them since both them are in love with him. all good. sharing is caring.
