I feel with RHR PACKING WITH LEAF .. is good for healthy. But other two hotel are paper box is not good not advice able .also we can give opportunity for our farmers By using all of kind nature source which is available near by places. If we concentrate in small things definitely we will raise in our economic development also we don’t want dependency other countries product and machinery to make box or paper materials . Hope in future in our business people should focus with our country growth .

Your analysis of the ghee masala roasts of the three famous restaurants of Coimbatore is fabulous. You have separately described every detail of the ghee flavor in the roasts, the stuffing of potatoes and carrot “Thuruval”, the consistency of the three sambar, their sweetness due to jaggery, the absence of shallots and presence of drumsticks, kathrikka kotsu, tomato chutney, coconut chutney with mild sweetness of fresh coconut, etc. I liked your presentation in totality. As a resident of the city from 1968 to 2016 I have simply loved the tiffin varieties of its restaurants. I miss all that now. During my brief visits to CBE in 2019 and 2020 I did full justice to the tiffins at Annapoorna and Anandhaas. Forge ahead Manoj and group.

Had ghee roast in Aandhas vadavalli ... N it's d best so far I had ... Others have not tasted...
Mysore Masala Dosa (MMD) has a very unique preparation of the exotic Special Red Garlic Paste (Not Chutney) with roasted Kadalai Parippu, soaked Byadgi Red Chillies ground into a paste along with a chunk of boiled Beetroot to enhance the fiery Red colour further and to tone down the spiciness as well. This paste is first swirled around the surface of the dosa and then the masala is added to it. The outer side of Mysore Masala Dosa should be red in colour for being authentic. The taste, of course, would depend on the authenticity of preparation. Mysore Masala Dosa has a unique flavour which only seasoned connoisseurs can vouch for. Today any Dosa goes by the name MMD.

When I procured pongal from RHR near railway station Coimbatore at 5.30 am 6.3.2020 they had given less quantity of chutney and sambar which could not be used even at 7.15 am itself.
RHR RESTAURANT கடையில் உட்கார்ந்து சாப்பிட்டாலும் சட்னி சாம்பார் கம்மியாகத்தான் தருவார்கள். THEY are keen in wastage. If you ask only they give extra.

Whenever I go to trichy through train..I used to get breakfast from RHR. RHR's sambar will be very nice. But compared to RHR, Annapoorna sambar is the best. I like annapoorna sambar the most. Especially with sambar vadai. I used to drink it like soup. You should have gone to R.S puram Annapoorna.
