For an image like this, I'd mostly use; reflectors with trace on, small softboxes, reflectors with grids, opal acrylic, trace and card (mirror, pearl and matte). I think I've got another video where I shoot a watch with one light which might help you. I've also got a video on some of the kit I use. They're pretty old videos but still relevant
