Way later in the song he reapeats saying "I feel better" meaning his death; he isnt scared anymore as he not seeing monsters anymore. The death is cuased by some killer (You told me to kill him, You wanted me to kill him") that was ordered by someone else to kill the singer. The person who ordered the killer to kill the singer denies it ("No, no I didn't). The singers death is announced by a man saying "He's dead!".
