Dr. Robert Svoboda is the first Westerner ever to graduate from a college of Ayurveda and be licensed to practice Ayurveda in India. During and after his formal Ayurvedic training he was tutored in Ayurveda, Yoga, Jyotish, Tantra and other forms of classical Indian lore by his mentor, the Aghori Vimalananda. He is the author of over a dozen books and has served as Adjunct Faculty at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM, and at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.

The ojas are referenced in charaka samhita, sutra sthana, chapter 17 kiyanta shiraseeya adhyaya as a secretion of the heart, has a sweet taste and looks like ghee. If you look in modern medicine for those things you will find that the heart secretes a group of peptides called natriuretic peptides that are depleted and involved in all the things you described.

Aghoris can smoke anywhere but what u don’t know is it is NOT the same like a normal human being smokes weeds, they do it for different reasons which we won’t go in here. But be careful there are very few genuine aghoris, rest are fake which are plenty in India.
