Yeah you can swap as long as you're not changing your key frag armor that gives the unstable bomber buffs. I think those are for the chest piece for the the two tops, but you can change set pieces to different armor body slots it'll still give the set buffs if you have the amount of pieces needed regardless of which armor slot.
Can i use the Bastille Boots instead? I have thoes already and don't want to spend starchrome for the mask.
