We're actually building the first Phoenix plan right now! It should be getting sheetrock installed this week. It will probably be far enough along to make a video of in the next 4-5 weeks!
The price depends on the neighborhood and what floor plan you build. In Rainbow Ridge, the corner lots vary in price between $5,000 - $6,500 on top of the price of the home.

This exact home is our model home in Coventry East amd isn't currently for sale. The base price right now to build this Austin floorbplan in Rainbow Ridge is $234,490. With the average amount of upgrades home owners have been adding, you would probably add around 10k or so on top of that if you wanted.
That will depend on what type of loan you use. You can do an fha loan with 3.5% down or a conventional loan with 5, 10, 15%+ down, or if you qualify you can use a down payment assistance program that covers most of your down payment and if your military you could do a VA loan with 0% down.

We have a new community coming up that will be off of Golden triangle and feed into Keller isd. It's called Heather meadows on our website.
