It’s amazing that Bron’s 1st stint in Cleveland, he was considered a Phenom. Then he goes to Miami, had growing pains at 1st but took his game to another level mentally and at the same time entering his physical prime. We’re not gonna see anything close to this again in our lifetime, guys. The man’s entering campaign 20. Let’s appreciate it while he’s still here.
Physical prime of Bron was in his 1st Cavs stint. That's the best version of the most athletic player to ever play in the NBA. Miami and 2nd Cavs stint Bron was not that far off though, but Bron in his first MVP season just made no sense.
@@geraldtaylor8712 Ehh waste of time to enter that rigged event. Why bother. We all saw what happened to Gordon. And by the time LBJ would have had to do the dunk contest we all just about seen every dunk there is. If you entered the dunk contest earlier in the years you had more opportunities to do a new radical unseen dunk before. Now it's gotten to the point where we almost seen it all. LBJ almost did a free throw line dunk in game anyways no telling what he could do if he really tried. His dunks would be more power dunks then flash dunks though but we seen him do the jumpman logo dunk, almost free throw line dunk, between the legs dunk, no look dunk, and arm behind head dunk all in game. So overall he can do different kinds of dunks and is pretty versatile. And of course the tamahawk dunk he loves to do. And all the alley oop dunks which I dare challenge you to bring up someone better then LBJ when it comes to alley oop dunks. He can grab the ball from anywhere near close to the rim and still get it in.
one of the best ... in-game dunkers passers scorers chase-down blockers; one of the most athletic players one of the strongest players one of the fastest players one of the GREATESTs players ever.
@@matthewford521 not just that, he averaged 30 in his young prime as a pass first player. Unreal. In todays volume scoring it would be a wrap for the league.
Imo in the 00s the only players better than young Bron are Duncan, Shaq, Garnett and Kobe. Thats it. No one else had a bigger impact on their team winning. In the history of the NBA only Wilt has maybe been asked to do more.
@4:56 he gets the steal and passes it to a teammate behind him because his sprint without the ball is too fast to catch up with. That’s pretty crazy passing the opposite direction of the transition to be faster 😳
good eye people really dont understand how he moves its ridiculous the force in his jump is the scariest part its like hes launching himself at the rim at high speeds
The intro nearly made me cry. Actually,. I'll admit it, I cried and continue to cry as I write this. The fade, the panoramic angle, the musical score. Lebron has come closest of any human I know of to the ideal of masculine self-actualization. Blessed with superlative physical gifts that only come second to his commitment to self-improvement and discipline. On top of that, he is deeply interested in the well being and improvement of others, honors his wife, and pours into his children. GOAT is a purely subjective discussion and the choice comes down to what we choose to value. But WRT the attributes I value in the professional athlete. Lebron is my GOAT.
It’s so crazy cus you can see how much he’s slowed down this past year but at the same time him losing some of his athleticism is still more athletic then most other players
Lebron so athletic you don't realise that he maybe lost 1 or 2 steps and he still more athletic than half the league ...GOAT debate aside ...we will never see anybody play consistently like he does for 20 damn years ..he been doing this before GTA San Andreas came out on PS2
Luca Doncic is already doing it for 7 years if you count Euroleague. If he stays in the league for 14-15 years I say we have a new case incoming. I also see him as a good player to prevail injuries because the way he plays.
He just gets too high and is way too strong. The fact that his athletic ability is about 75% of his peak and is still an elite dunker at his size and age is something the league has never seen before.
Let me tell you guys something. I played the game, I know what it's like to train and have your body take a pounding. Bron is an anomaly, a very rare athlete. He has maintained the will and determination to be the best every year, for twenty years, do you know how truly difficult that is? Everyone is always talking about Kobe's other worldly commitment to his craft. They praise his consistent dedication to working out. However, we must not forget Bron in this equation. Imagine that for twenty years he's been having guys challenge him. He came into the league with exceptional fanfare and celebrity. The older vets wanted to prove that he was all hype. The younger players, who the majority of, emulated him, and copied his moves, wanted to show that he wasn't as good as they had been led to believe. Every year he motivates himself to be in peek shape to take on the constant challenges from new, and old players each year, and frankly, he has dominated them and overcome all of those challenges. Believe me when I say that everyone is going to greatly miss Bron when he hangs it up. Both fans and haters will miss him. In time, when the dust has settled, and all of his accomplishments are compiled by seen, his haters will look like the vacuous Hobbits that they are.
These speed, athletism, energy are things that Giannis, Embiid and Durant don’t have. These three just dunk in it’s simplest way. When lebron do a dunk, it’s a monster way.
i dont care where u rank him on the GOAT list one thing for sure is he os definitely gonna be missed when he retires. this man is/was special on the court
He dunks the ball with so much pressure to win any games and that is a True dunker. He has no reason to prove himself that he is a dunker by competing in a dunk contest.
Throughout Lebron James' NBA career, he's never performed a 360° dunk nor any dunk that resembles a Vince Carter type dunk -- an extraordinary dunk, that is.
@Dutch Dillinger In what way am I hating on LeBron James 🤔? Because I said LeBron James never performed a 360° dunk nor a Vince Carter type dunk in his entire NBA career, I'm hating 🤔? If LeBron James, upon my personal observation, never performed the above aforementioned type dunks in his career, then that's what it is unless you can provide evidence to refute or disprove what I stated. Until then, it is what it is -- not hate.
