Is nely epileptic? My cousins epilepsy and she can’t have caffeine either
Idk, I can’t take caffeine because my heart beats very fast and it makes me feel like it hard to breath but I’m not epileptic maybe it could be caffeine tolerance
@@sophiareynoso3069 i get the same way too, besides the not breathing part but I have anxiety lol. Anxiety and caffeine is not a good mix lol
@@JasmineDominguez-c1e very true my cousin was told by 2 doctors in different clinics that her anxiety gets worse hence triggered by caffeine.
I also know of someone who doesn’t have any illnesses however experiences fast heart beats & she can’t sleep when she has caffeine, some bodies don’t do well with caffeine intake.
Are you still in your wellness and fitness journey? I havent seen any content about it anymore.
