I am not able to view the key frames on the timeline or use the shortcut, not sure if it's different on windows The dots don't even show up to say I have a keyframe so I must be missing a step.
Yeah you must have missed the step where you create a keyframe by left clicking on the End stopwatch icon. Once the stopwatch turns blue that means the keyframes/animation is active
@@ItzSlaughterare you doing one word or multiple? I was trying to do two words, but had the same problem. My fix was to do it word-by-word, and then match it up on the timeline.
i imagine adobe's AI tool could easily do this? (is their AI tool even released yet) Anyway thanks I love the speediness because I can just press play without worrying about having to wait through any pointless long-winded explanations, then just pause where needed

So when I adjusted the percentages at the beginning I had to right click and add a "keyframe" which gave made it stay at the percentage I set it to.

Does this work with a PNG? Scanned image of a word thats outlined? Not a text box
As long as you add shapes outlining the characters or whatever, it will work fine

Does this work if you use this on a logo? It is an illustrator file but it isn't text anymore...

For handwriting effect you have to mask the letters individually, there are many other ways to reveal text though, much quicker and simpler
